3:16s of the Bible

Music marks time and helps us remember. For Paul, his first letter to Timothy about structuring his church would have been a response to issues within that particular congregation. As he concluded his instruction, Paul felt that he needed to remind the church of God's intended purpose for coming to earth. Today we look at God's mission statement in 1 Timothy 3:16 this is something that would have been sung by the church to help them remember.
