Originally from California, Richard found his way to McMinnville in the 1995. Working as a home builder he served as volunteer with the youth department as worship leader as well as Middle School Sunday group leader. In 2000 he married his wife, Michelle whom he had met at Church on Hill. In 2001, he played guitar and helped lead a much needed Saturday service called ENCOUNTER; a worship time geared to all who needed more out of a worship experience.
After a brief hiatus, slight career change and a couple of children later, Richard now brings to the plate another set of skills picked up along this journey.
