Age & Class Breakdowns
Sunday and Wednesday classes are determined by grade level. Grade School kids promote to the next grade at the beginning of summer (including 5th graders who promote to the Middle School Department).
 Weekend Grade School Programming
“KIDS Church” is designed specifically for kids and is modeled after the best media-driven entertainment and education programs. In The Zone, 1st-5th graders come together for large group games, singing and Bible teaching before heading to their classrooms for small group discussion and activities based on the lesson. Kindergartners meet in a separate classroom at the beginning of the school year and are transitioned into KIDS Church in January. KIDS Church is offered during the 9:30 and 11:00am services.
Midweek Grade School Programming
Wednesday night programming for grade school kids allows children the opportunity to connect Bible principles and stories with real-life issues through various activities. Small group interaction introduces children to the concept of Christian community and prayer. Classes open at 6:00pm, begin at 6:15pm and end around 7:15pm. From 7:15-8:00pm, Scotty's Playhouse and The Zone are open for grade school children to play. Kindergarteners start the eveining in their classrooms at 6:00pm and head to Scotty's Playhouse around 6:15pm. Just before 7:15pm they head back to classrooms for the evening's lesson and activities. At 8:15pm, all children are in classrooms awaiting parent pick-up.
Confident Kids
Wouldn't it be great if we had a place to give focused time and attention to struggling kids? A place where we could support and encourage them, pray with them and teach them skills to cope with their life circumstances? And wouldn't it truly be a dream come true if we could help their parents, too? We can. Confident Kids is that place!
